I found the inverter had switched into grid priority after a brief voltage fluctuation. Resetting the charge schedule and updating firmware fixed it; support also suggested retightening the communications cable. Charging returned normally afterward.

Overall, this home energy storage setup has made solar power feel more useful than simply exporting everything to the grid. I check the state of charge mornings. The savings vary, but this battery reduces peak consumption and provides dependable backup power.
