Shipping Policy
GobelPower.com is based in Shenzhen, China. We ship products from China to most countries and areas worldwide. Some products may be shiped from oversea warehouse to save time and shipping cost. If any products are available in oversea warehouse, we will show it clealy in product page, otherwise products will be shipped from China in default.
Shipping Method
1. Sea Freight
Batteries are heavey and most air express companies, such as DHL, Fedex and UPS do not deliver batteries by air. So sea freight is the most common method to ship batteries.
Advantage: Relatively cheap. Shipping cost is about 5.5USD per Kg, it may vary according to address and time.
Disadvatage: Time assuming. Normally it will take about 45 days to deliver to your door. However, due to COVID-19 and port congestion, sometimes it may take as long as 90 days.
2. China Railway Express
China Railway Express (CR express) is 2x faster than sea freight, and 1/3 cheaper than air freight. It is a good alternative option for european customers.
CR express is available for following countries: Germany, Spain, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Byelorussia, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and nearby countries.
3. Air Freight
Air freight is cheaper but slower than air express. It may take 10-15 days.
Shipping Process
Usually there is 1 ship/train/airplane deparing off China to your nearby port every week, so your ordered items will be shipped out in 1-2 weeks after packed. It will take several days once the package arrives at your nearby port for unloading and custom clearnace. Then the package will be delivered to your door by truck.
Import Customs/Duty
For Small Order: If your order is small, you do not need to take care the shipping process, we will arrage the whole process for you, it is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DTD (Door to Door) service, import customs/duty is included in the shipping cost. We will contact you if there is any unexpected shipping problems befor shipping. If we cannot ship products to your address, we will provide full refund and your order will be canceled.
For Large Order: If your order is large, such as 1+ container, please contact us to negotiate shipping process.
Shipping Terms
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
There will be some delay or problem during shipping, such as package jam, customs inspect, storms, volcanic eruption and so on, so the shipping time will be affected unexpectly, we are not responsible for delay due to these situations, and we do not accept refund or cancel order due to these problem.
Customers should wait and help to solve any problems involved during shipping, refund is not accepted while package is on the way unless package is lost.
If customers are not avaliable while shipping company are trying to deliver the package, customer is responsible for any lost caused.
