Modern 314Ah and 628Ah prismatic cells utilize improved cathode chemistry and higher packing efficiency, resulting in longer cycle life (8,000+ cycles) and higher volumetric energy density. A 16S 314Ah pack fits in standard rack dimensions while providing 16.07kWh instead of 14.3kWh.
Grade A Pre-matching Assurance
Every cell batch shipped from Gobel Power undergoes strict matching before dispatch. We pair cells within 0.005V voltage variance and 0.05mΩ internal resistance. This prevents premature cell drift, simplifies active balancing, and extends system lifespan.
Proper Compression & Busbar Setup
To ensure 10+ years of operation, prismatic LiFePO4 cells should be compressed between rigid endplates at 300kgf–500kgf (using flexible insulation sheets between cells). Always use flexible copper busbars to absorb thermal expansion during high-current charge/discharge.
