Checking the app revealed I had accidentally enabled backup reserve mode while testing a generator input. After returning the reserve to 10%, normal operation resumed immediately. That little lesson made me appreciate having a usable battery monitor and clear settings.

I now glance at the state of charge before dinner, rather than obsessing over it. On sunny days, the system carries the house until bedtime; on rainy days, it simply reduces grid consumption. The LiFePO4 chemistry also gives me peace of mind because I am not worrying about daily cycling.
