The app showed “waiting.” I checked the time-of-use schedule and contacted support. The update had reset my tariff settings. Re-entering them fixed everything immediately.

For anyone considering home energy storage, compare usable capacity, warranty terms, and installer support rather than chasing the cheapest battery. It became my favorite quiet, invisible upgrade.
