Since then, I keep a 25% backup reserve for outages and let the rest of the system use the remaining capacity for peak shaving.

My advice is to look beyond flashy capacity numbers. Check usable capacity, warranty, inverter compatibility, and whether the battery app clearly shows state of charge.
