The best part is how little attention it needs. I check the battery app once or twice a week, mostly to confirm the state of charge and solar input. The only hiccup happened during a firmware update. The inverter stopped discharging for about ten minutes, and I initially assumed something had failed. A reboot did nothing, but the app showed “standby during update,” which was reassuring. After the update finished, discharge resumed automatically. I now keep the installer’s number saved in my phone and avoid changing advanced settings myself.

What surprised me most was the quieter household routine. We run the dishwasher after sunset without watching the meter constantly, and short outages no longer interrupt dinner or the router. For my home, this battery is about using our own solar energy when it matters.
