I did have one scare in January. The battery stopped charging at 62%, even though the app showed sunlight available. I power-cycled the communications dongle, checked the battery breaker, and discovered a loose network cable behind the inverter. After reconnecting it, charging resumed within minutes. I now glance at the monitoring app every few days, but I no longer obsessively watch it.

For me, the real win is predictable evening energy: solar power captured at lunchtime is still working when the house needs it most. It feels less like an expensive gadget and more like a quiet household appliance.
