Power cuts used to make me nervous, especially in the evening when the solar panels stopped producing and our electricity demand was highest. My only minor troubleshooting moment happened when the battery stopped discharging one afternoon. The monitoring app showed a warning about temperature. The battery room was warmer than usual, so I improved ventilation and cleared a dusty air vent. After the temperature fell, normal charging and discharging resumed. I now check the app every few days rather than constantly watching it.
The system has made solar power feel more practical in everyday life. I still pay attention to heavy appliances and weather forecasts, but I no longer feel completely dependent on the grid. For me, the value is the combination of lower peak-hour bills, quiet backup power, and the confidence that stored solar energy is available when the sun goes down.
