They confirmed the update had reset my discharge schedule. Re-saving the peak-hour settings fixed everything.

What I appreciate most is the practical control. I am not chasing perfect energy independence; I am simply shifting solar power into the hours when electricity costs more. During outages, the battery also keeps the refrigerator, router, and a few lights running, which gives me real peace of mind.
