We had a short outage during a storm, and the lights, Wi-Fi, and refrigerator stayed on without any drama.

The only hiccup was a low-temperature warning one morning. The battery was in an unheated garage and the charging paused until the cells warmed up. I added a small insulated enclosure around the unit, leaving the manufacturer’s required ventilation clearance, and it has not happened again.

The peace of mind has mattered more than squeezing out the last dollar. My practical advice is to size the battery around your evening load, not your total daily consumption.
