I did have one small troubleshooting moment. After a cloudy weekend, the battery showed a warning and stopped discharging. I checked the monitoring app and found the reserve setting had been bumped to 40% during a firmware update. Lowering it back to 20% restored normal operation that evening. I appreciated being able to solve it without calling anyone, although I still emailed the dealer afterward.

My battery is not magic: winter production is weaker, and I occasionally pull from the grid. Still, the storage system has made our evening power costs predictable, and the solar investment worthwhile.
