Running my solar battery system for six months has changed the way I think about electricity bills. Before installing a 10kWh storage unit, I was sending much of my rooftop solar back to the grid during the day and buying power back every evening. Correcting that setting restored normal operation, and the manufacturer’s support team answered my email the next morning. That experience taught me to check the app before assuming a hardware fault.
The best part is how quiet and automatic the whole setup feels. I rarely think about it now; I just glance at the monitoring app and see solar production, battery state of charge, and grid use.
