I did hit one snag during the first week. The battery stopped charging at 94% even though the panels were producing plenty. The app showed a charge limit set at 95%, which the installer had chosen to protect the reserve. I changed it to 100% after reading the manual, and it now finishes normally. Still, I keep a 20% backup reserve for outages. During a brief storm blackout, it switched over quickly enough that our router and refrigerator never lost power. That was more reassuring than saving a few extra cents.
