For my household, the important features are usable capacity, reliable battery management software, and a clear warranty. After several months, my practical verdict is simple: solar storage has made our evening electricity cheaper and our solar panels more useful. I still watch weather forecasts and utility rates, but I no longer obsessively time every appliance. The battery quietly does its job, day after day.
