All Gobel Power batteries (GP-SR1) must undergo rigorous full cycling tests before being shipped. Some standards for battery with LSEV cells are:
The maximum charging voltage when a single cell triggers overvoltage protection: ≥56V (The standard ensures that all battery cells possess commendable uniformity. The lower the voltage value, the poorer the consistency.)
The minimum discharge voltage when a single cell triggers low voltage protection: ≤44V (The standard ensures that all battery cells possess commendable uniformity. The higher the voltage value, the poorer the consistency.)

The presented classification method above aims to assess the quality of different batteries, focusing on their maximum charge voltage. This parameter serves as an indicator of the cells' consistency within the battery. Specifically, a higher level of cells consistency corresponds to a higher maximum charge voltage.
Cell consistency refers to the uniformity in performance and characteristics among individual cells within a battery pack. In the context of a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, this means that each cell in the battery should ideally have the same capacity, internal resistance, self-discharge rate, and other key parameters.
The importance of cell consistency in a LiFePO4 battery lies in its impact on the overall performance and lifespan of the battery. When cells are consistent, the battery can deliver its power more efficiently, and it is less likely to experience premature aging or failure.
This is because when cells are inconsistent, the weaker cells can become overworked as they try to keep up with the stronger ones, leading to faster degradation. Furthermore, inconsistent cells can result in imbalanced charging and discharging, which can cause some cells to become overcharged or over-discharged, potentially leading to damage or even failure of the entire battery pack.
Therefore, maintaining cell consistency is a critical aspect of battery design and management, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and longevity of LiFePO4 batteries.

The GP-PW1-PC100 is built with brand-new 100Ah prismatic LiFePO4 cells rated for 8,000 charge-discharge cycles. Cycle it once a day and it keeps going for over 20 years — lithium iron phosphate ages slowly and predictably, with no thermal runaway risk and no cobalt in the cathode.
Every Gobel Power battery must pass rigorous full charge-discharge cycling tests before shipping. Our quality standards ensure excellent cell consistency — uniform capacity, internal resistance, and self-discharge rate across all cells — so the pack delivers its power efficiently and avoids premature aging of weaker cells.
The 100A professional ESS BMS communicates over RS485, CAN, and RS232 and works with most inverter brands:

It's also genuinely movable: integrated wheels let you roll the battery into place easily — no forklift, no heavy lifting equipment. Once positioned, a 120A circuit breaker on the unit gives you a hard disconnect for safe commissioning and maintenance.
The GP-PW1-PC100 includes a Heltec (NEEY) 4A Bluetooth active balancer — one of the strongest balancers in its class:
- 4A active balancing — it actively redistributes charge between cells instead of just bleeding high cells off as heat, so less energy is wasted
- Bluetooth wireless — check cell voltages and balance status from your phone
- Keeps all cells in step cycle after cycle, which directly protects the 8,000-cycle design life
Combined with the 100A ESS BMS's overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and temperature protection, every cell stays matched and healthy for the long haul.
