One small troubleshooting moment made me appreciate the monitoring app. After a cloudy weekend, the battery stopped discharging at 8:30 p.m., even though the house was drawing power. The app showed a reserve warning. I had accidentally raised the backup reserve to 80% while exploring settings. Lowering it back to 20% immediately restored normal operation. No service call, no panic—just a setting I had misunderstood.
After eight months, the battery still reaches its expected capacity and has not made any noise beyond a faint inverter hum. I like knowing that essential circuits remain protected during an outage, although I have not tested a long blackout yet. My practical win is predictable peak-hour savings with little daily effort.
