I checked the app and found that the backup reserve had been set unusually high during installation. After lowering that reserve slightly, the system began working normally. I appreciated finding the cause without calling anyone, although I did message the installer afterward to confirm the setting.

What I like most is that the system feels quiet and automatic. I do not have to think about switching between solar power, battery backup, and grid electricity. During outages, my lights and router stayed on.
