After checking the breaker and Wi-Fi connection, I found that the temperature had fallen below the backup reserve setting. Raising that minimum from 15% to 20% cleared the warning after a restart. It was not dramatic, but it taught me to read the operating manual instead of trusting an alert alone.

For anyone considering home energy storage, I would focus on usable capacity, peak-rate savings, and installer support rather than the biggest advertised battery size. Mine is quiet, compact, and boring most days, which suits me perfectly.
