After checking the settings, I found the backup reserve had been raised accidentally during a firmware update. I reset it to 15%, and normal operation returned. That experience taught me to check reserve settings before blaming hardware.

I now glance at the app maybe twice a week, not constantly. The system is quiet, requires little maintenance, and gives me more confidence during outages. For my home, the real win is not total energy independence; it is using my own solar power when electricity costs the most.
