I did have one minor scare. After a brief power outage, the app showed the battery as offline even though the house still had power. I waited ten minutes, restarted the monitoring connection, and it returned to normal. The battery itself never stopped supplying electricity.

My practical advice is to set a sensible reserve level rather than draining the battery completely every night. I keep about 20 percent for outages and let the system manage the rest automatically. So far, this solar battery has been quiet, dependable.
