I rebooted the monitoring gateway, waited a few minutes, and restored the connection without calling support. Since then, I check the state of charge before bed rather than relying blindly on notifications.

For me, the practical win is quiet and predictable: solar panels fill the battery, the battery handles peak demand, and the grid becomes backup instead of the default.
