The crew mounted the inverter, added a backup subpanel, and explained that my whole house would not run during an outage. One small hiccup happened in July. The battery stopped charging at 92% for two afternoons. The monitoring app showed a communication warning, so I restarted the gateway and checked the Wi-Fi connection. It resumed overnight, and the installer later updated the firmware. Since then, operation has been boring—in the best possible way.
