We’ve seen a noticeable dip, and it feels genuinely rewarding to be using power we generated ourselves.

My main concern initially was the battery itself. I wanted something reliable and with a decent lifespan. After a lot of research, we settled on the EVE MB56 628Ah. It's a beast, powering us through most of our evening needs without breaking a sweat. We haven't had any major issues, thankfully. The only minor hiccup was figuring out the app settings to optimize charging and discharging – a quick call to support and we were sorted. It's made a real difference, and I'm already looking at adding another EVE MB56 628Ah down the line to cover even more of our usage.
