All Gobel Power batteries (GP-SR1) must undergo rigorous full cycling tests before being shipped. Some standards for battery with LSEV cells are:
The maximum charging voltage when a single cell triggers overvoltage protection: ≥56V (The standard ensures that all battery cells possess commendable uniformity. The lower the voltage value, the poorer the consistency.)
The minimum discharge voltage when a single cell triggers low voltage protection: ≤44V (The standard ensures that all battery cells possess commendable uniformity. The higher the voltage value, the poorer the consistency.)

This parameter serves as an indicator of the cells' consistency within the battery. Specifically, a higher level of cells consistency corresponds to a higher maximum charge voltage.
Cell consistency refers to the uniformity in performance and characteristics among individual cells within a battery pack. In the context of a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, this means that each cell in the battery should ideally have the same capacity, internal resistance, self-discharge rate, and other key parameters.
The importance of cell consistency in a LiFePO4 battery lies in its impact on the overall performance and lifespan of the battery. When cells are consistent, the battery can deliver its power more efficiently, and it is less likely to experience premature aging or failure.
This is because when cells are inconsistent, the weaker cells can become overworked as they try to keep up with the stronger ones, leading to faster degradation. Furthermore, inconsistent cells can result in imbalanced charging and discharging, which can cause some cells to become overcharged or over-discharged, potentially leading to damage or even failure of the entire battery pack.
Therefore, maintaining cell consistency is a critical aspect of battery design and management, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and longevity of LiFePO4 batteries.

Both use the same 200A professional ESS BMS, RS485 / RS232 / CAN ports, and compressed-cell design. Every battery ships with comprehensive cell and pack test data you can verify online before it leaves the factory.
Two design features protect cycle life:
- Compressed cells (novel design, 300kgf): prismatic LiFePO4 cells swell and contract as they age. The GP-SR1 frame applies and holds 300 kgf of compression on the 16-cell stack, controlling swelling, maintaining internal contact, and extending cycle life
- NEEY/Heltec 2A Bluetooth active balancer (built-in): actively transfers charge between cells — stronger than passive balancing alone — keeping the pack tightly matched cycle after cycle. You can add an external 4A Bluetooth balancer on top for even faster balancing
Plus the 200A professional ESS BMS (real-time voltage/current/temperature monitoring with SOC and SOH detection) and a 200A circuit breaker for overcurrent protection.
Optional: heating pad for charging in cold climates.

Parallel: yes — up to 15 units in parallel for expanded capacity. Only parallel packs of the same capacity and same cell version (don't mix 280Ah and 314Ah), and perform a full charge to 100% at least once a month to keep SOC readings accurate across packs.
Pre-shipment testing: every GP-SR1 battery must pass rigorous full cycling tests before shipping. The LSEV-cell standards are:
- A single cell must not trigger overvoltage protection until ≥56V — the lower this value, the poorer the cell consistency
- A single cell must not trigger low-voltage protection until ≤44V — the higher this value, the poorer the consistency
- Verified capacity ≥280Ah
These thresholds prove the cells inside are uniform — inconsistent packs age unevenly and fail early. Full cell and pack test data is published per battery (serials like GPHC280H240401R1003) so you can inspect before trusting the pack.
