The maximum charging voltage when a single cell triggers overvoltage protection: ≥56V (The standard ensures that all battery cells possess commendable uniformity. The lower the voltage value, the poorer the consistency.)
The minimum discharge voltage when a single cell triggers low voltage protection: ≤44V (The standard ensures that all battery cells possess commendable uniformity. The higher the voltage value, the poorer the consistency.)

This parameter serves as an indicator of the cells' consistency within the battery. Specifically, a higher level of cells consistency corresponds to a higher maximum charge voltage.
Cell consistency refers to the uniformity in performance and characteristics among individual cells within a battery pack. In the context of a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, this means that each cell in the battery should ideally have the same capacity, internal resistance, self-discharge rate, and other key parameters.
The importance of cell consistency in a LiFePO4 battery lies in its impact on the overall performance and lifespan of the battery. When cells are consistent, the battery can deliver its power more efficiently, and it is less likely to experience premature aging or failure.
This is because when cells are inconsistent, the weaker cells can become overworked as they try to keep up with the stronger ones, leading to faster degradation. Furthermore, inconsistent cells can result in imbalanced charging and discharging, which can cause some cells to become overcharged or over-discharged, potentially leading to damage or even failure of the entire battery pack.
Therefore, maintaining cell consistency is a critical aspect of battery design and management, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and longevity of LiFePO4 batteries.

HSEV (Level 1) grade means: EV-grade cells supplied under the manufacturer's official test protocol with an intact QR code and verified real capacity, internal resistance (IR), and voltage. These are the cells used in the automotive industry — roughly 20% higher consistency than Level 2 (LSEV), which is only retested and matched after the fact.

Two Premium features set this pack apart:
- Compressed cells (novel design, 300kgf): prismatic LiFePO4 cells swell and contract over their cycle life. Applying controlled compression to the 16-cell stack limits swelling, maintains internal contact, and extends cycle life
- Heltec (NEEY) 4A Bluetooth active balancer (included option): transfers charge between cells 2× faster than the standard built-in 2A balancer, keeping the 16S1P stack tightly matched — you can also run it alongside the built-in 2A balancer
Combined with the 200A professional ESS BMS (real-time voltage/current/temperature monitoring with SOC and SOH detection) and 250A circuit breaker, the pack is protected and balanced end to end.

Yes — parallel up to 15 units for expanded storage capacity. The PC200 BMS supports CAN and RS485 communication, so packs stay synchronized with each other and with your inverter.
Guidelines for parallel systems:
- Only parallel packs of the same capacity and same cell version — never mix 280Ah and 314Ah packs or different cell models
- Some BMS platforms don't support manual SOC calibration between parallel packs, so SOC readings may drift slightly. Perform a full charge to 100% at least once a month to keep SOC accurate
- Check the Victron VRM configuration profiles on the product page when pairing with Victron systems
Each pack is tested with full charge/discharge cycling before shipping — cells trigger overvoltage protection only above ≥56V and low-voltage protection below ≤44V — ensuring the uniformity you need for parallel operation.
