Gobel Power sorts LiFePO4 cells into three tiers — ESS, LSEV, and HSEV (Grade A+) — and this listing is the top tier:

• ESS grade: brand new cells matched in voltage and IR only — not matched in capacity; lowest consistency
• LSEV grade: matched in capacity, voltage, and IR after retesting — fine for low-speed EVs and home storage, not for high-performance builds

Every HSEV order is sorted to a +++ matching standard with the manufacturer's data sheet verified by Gobel Power technicians, so your DIY battery pack starts balanced with no weak links.

The LF230 is rated for 3,500 charge/discharge cycles at 0.5C — roughly 9–10 years of daily cycling, with only 2–4% capacity fade per year under normal use.

With 1C continuous / 2C pulse power in a slim 54mm prismatic body, it suits:

• Home solar energy storage — 16S = ~11.8kWh at 51.2V
• Low-speed and high-speed electric vehicles — the HSEV tier is sourced from automotive production lines
• Golf carts, forklifts, sweepers — daily deep cycling with fast turnaround
• Boats and recreational vehicles (RV) — compact packs in tight spaces
• 12V / 24V / 48V off-grid systems — discharges down to -30°C for cold climates

For 16S packs, set the inverter/charger to 55.2V max charge voltage in lithium (CAN/RS485) or lead-acid mode, keep the SOC window within 10%–90%, and fully charge to 100% at least once a month to keep BMS SOC readings accurate.

Mixing cells: not recommended. Do not combine LF230 230Ah cells with 105Ah, 280Ah, 314Ah, or other capacities (or different production versions) in the same battery pack — different types of LiFePO4 cells have different characteristics, which shortens pack life, causes imbalance, and can create safety hazards. Build each pack from one model and one matched batch.

Shipping: all battery cells ship by sea freight (1–2 months, door-to-door, tax-free — we've paid the tax); air freight (under 15 days) is available on request. Small spare parts can ship by UPS/DHL. Cells are packed in anti-static, shock-proof packaging with corner protection, and any cell damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.
