It is not a dramatic “free electricity” story, but the savings are steady and easy to see in utility statements.

One hiccup happened during a cloudy week, when the battery stopped discharging at 63% even though the app looked normal. I power-cycled the inverter, checked the emergency shutoff switch, and restarted it after ten minutes. It recovered, and support later blamed a firmware update. Now I check the app weekly. For me, solar storage has made evening electricity cheaper and more predictable.
