Note:
1. The parts in the kit are designed for single-pole cells. If you use cells with terminals of a different type, it is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate parts and modify our parts accordingly.
2. This kit cannot be used with over-swollen cells. We recommend using cells from Gobel Power.

No — the LiFePO4 cells are NOT included and must be purchased separately. The case kit is built for a 16S 48V / 51.2V configuration and fits:
- EVE MB31 314Ah and 280Ah prismatic cells
- EVE 306Ah cells
- Various other brands of 280Ah LiFePO4 cells
With 16 cells installed you get a 51.2V 280Ah (14.3 kWh) or 51.2V 314Ah (16 kWh) battery — perfect for solar energy storage, off-grid systems, and backup power.
Compatibility notes:
- The kit parts are designed for single-pole cells; if your cells use a different terminal type, adapting them is your responsibility
- Do not use over-swollen cells — we recommend sourcing cells from Gobel Power
- Buying the kit together with 16 cells gets you a discount on bundle shipping
Two BMS options are available for this 16S DIY kit:
- JK200-ESS Inverter BMS (included by default): 200A smart BMS with 2A active balancing, Bluetooth monitoring, and an LCD touchscreen display
- PC200 (optional upgrade): no Bluetooth, comes with its own display — recommended if you want full firmware-related after-sales support, since JK BMS firmware/software is developed and maintained entirely by JK
You can also add an optional external 4A Bluetooth active balancer and a heating pad for cold-climate charging.
The BMS monitors and manages charge and discharge in real time — voltage, current, and temperature — keeping every cell within safe limits and maximizing battery lifespan.
The JK 16S 200A BMS supports CAN and RS485 communication, so it integrates seamlessly with modern hybrid solar inverters in lithium battery mode (Deye, GoodWe, Growatt, Victron, Solis, Luxpower and more).
Inverter without a BMS/lithium communication input? Just configure it manually in lead-acid mode:

The BMS continues to provide overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit protection either way.

- Thick flexible copper busbars sized for high-current efficiency
- Heavy-gauge internal cabling: positive side uses ultra-soft 50mm² cable (10,000 cores), negative side 2 × 25mm² (5,000 cores)
- Battery case, display screen, power switch, balance wires, and full mounting hardware
Assembly: you need only basic electrical safety knowledge. A step-by-step GP-SR1-JK200 / PC200 DIY kit manual, JK200 BMS connection diagram, and DIY assembly video tutorial are all available in the related downloads. The kit is parallel-ready and supports a customizable layout for future expansion.

- Cells purchased for the kit carry a 10-year warranty; the BMS carries a 1-year warranty (hardware only). JK BMS firmware and software are maintained entirely by JK, so Gobel Power cannot be held responsible for firmware/software behavior — choose the PC200 BMS version if you want fuller firmware support
- 30 days free return to the local warehouse

Tip: to keep SOC readings accurate when running several packs in parallel, perform a full charge to 100% at least once a month, and only parallel packs of the same capacity and cell version.
