My one minor troubleshooting moment happened after a firmware update. The inverter showed a warning and stopped charging, even though the panels were producing. I restarted the system from the isolator, checked the app, and waited about ten minutes. Charging resumed. The support technician later explained that the update had briefly interrupted communication between the inverter and battery. It was annoying, but hardly a crisis.
