It was a minor annoyance, not a dramatic repair, yet it reminded me to keep the manufacturer's support number and check alerts instead of assuming everything is perfect.
For anyone comparing solar battery systems, I would pay attention to usable capacity, round-trip efficiency, warranty terms, and installation labor before obsessing over the battery 250 amp price. A cheap battery is not automatically good value if it cannot cover your peak hours.
