Pre-Order FAQsHow large and heavy is the PowerHarp 32, and how is it installed?
The PowerHarp 32 cabinet measures 910 × 315 × 764 mm and weighs 280 kg.
- It is a floor-standing unit installed indoors — no wall bracket is needed, just a level floor with enough clearance for the cabinet and cabling.
- Cooling is natural (fanless), so there are no fans to clean and no fan noise.
- It operates from 0°C to +55°C while charging and -25°C to +55°C while discharging, tolerates up to 95% RH non-condensing humidity and 3,000 m altitude.
Which inverters is the PowerHarp 32 compatible with?
The PowerHarp 32 is designed to work with a wide range of hybrid and off-grid inverters. It communicates over CAN, RS485, RS232 and Wi-Fi, plus a dry-contact output, so any inverter that supports one of these lithium-battery communication protocols can be paired with it.
During commissioning, select the corresponding lithium battery protocol in your inverter's menu so voltage and current limits follow the battery BMS.

Can I connect multiple PowerHarp 32 units to expand capacity?
Yes. The PowerHarp 32 supports up to 16 units connected in parallel — up to 514.4 kWh total — so you can start with one 32.15 kWh cabinet and expand capacity later as your energy needs grow.
- Series connection is not supported — always parallel, never stack voltages.
- In a parallel bank, each unit shares the same DC bus voltage and reports its own status to the inverter over the communication port.

How long does delivery of the PowerHarp 32 take, and which shipping terms do you support?
The PowerHarp 32 ships from our China warehouse. Typical door-to-door delivery time is 30-50 days, depending on your destination and the shipping method chosen at quotation.
We can quote under the standard trade terms:
