JK BMS Warranty & Important Notice
Unlike the PC200 BMS, the JK BMS firmware and software are developed and maintained entirely by JK. As the hardware integrator, we do not have access to, or control over, the JK BMS firmware or software.
If firmware or software issues are identified, we can report them to JK and request improvements or firmware updates. However, the implementation, release schedule, and effectiveness of such updates are solely determined by JK.
Therefore, Gobel Power cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by the JK BMS firmware or software. Our warranty covers JK BMS hardware only and does not extend to firmware or software behavior.
Important Notice
- SOC (State of Charge) accuracy may not always be reliable.
- When multiple battery packs are connected in parallel, it is common for different packs to display noticeably different SOC values, even when their voltages are nearly identical.
- The JK BMS does not currently support manual SOC calibration or synchronization between parallel battery packs.
- These behaviors are limitations of the JK BMS firmware and software rather than the battery hardware.

Yes. You can configure the balancing start voltage directly in the BMS host software or mobile app.
- Operating Logic: The 2A active balancer remains on standby until any individual cell voltage reaches or exceeds your configured start voltage threshold.
- Automatic Protection: Once the cell voltage drops below the configured threshold, balancing automatically deactivates to conserve energy and prevent cell imbalance during low-voltage states.
