BMS settings are not changeable at the 12V 280AH battery

Hello,
I bought one of the first 12V batteries, Gobel power selled in January. April 30 I got this battery and all works fine unfortunately there are no chance to
change parameter settings at the BMS.
I tested the Xiang App and the overskill App. With those Apss you can change the settings, but when you close the App and restart ist again, all original settings appeared again in the App.
What is wrong?
